我参加公安工作25年,当过刑警治安警,干过政务党务,有一天忽然调到老干部部门,新业务,新环境,对我来说又是一个新挑战!工作中我督促自己要不断学习、历练、提高。以前的业务工作有指标,有规范,有工作机制可以遵循和制衡,只要自己勤奋用心和加倍付出就能有成效,有收获。可当我面对一辈子从事公安工作,有过辉煌业绩和骄人历史、有过显赫地位和丰富经历的前辈们,特别是面对一大批曾担任过公安各部门领导的离退休干部群体时,我发现过去的吃苦耐劳、泼辣干练和雷厉风行的作风在这个业务里都如遇“化骨绵掌”
I participated in the public security work for 25 years.
