在外周 T 细胞淋巴瘤的分类中,Stansfeld 分出一型,称为间变型 T 细胞淋巴瘤。有我国著名淋巴瘤病理专家涂莲英教授参与的由 Suchi、Lennert 等共同提出的外周 T 细胞淋巴瘤的分类中,在高度恶性组列出间变型大细胞淋巴瘤一型。我们在淋巴瘤研究中遇到一例,作为国内首例报告如下。
