今年5月6日～6月2日,大兴安岭北四局发生罕见的特大森林火灾,我随黑龙江省森林保护研究所小分队于15日赶赴火灾现场,在东线的绣峰林场、八里湾和西线的前哨、古莲林场一带,实地参加扑火和考察,现就几个问题提出浅见.一、大兴安岭发生特大森林火灾的条件森林火灾是一种林业灾害,它的发生有其内在的因素。特大森林火灾的发生,是由于过量可燃物的积累,适合燃烧的天气条件和在这种情况下出现火源的结果。下面从三个方面进行分析:根据我们和大兴安岭林管局防火办1982
