通过对黑龙江旅游职业技术学院面点专业学生的岗位适应能力进行调研,收集相关资料进行课题研究。找出了学生岗位适应能力在岗位意识、岗位技能、岗位能力等方面存在的主要问题。针对存在的问题从课程目标定位、课程内容完善、实践教法改革等几个方面入手,进行关于《特色点心制作工艺》实践课程的改革思路,从而进行总结归纳,探索出高职院校实践类课程的开发模式。
