观察了非洛地平缓释片对30例轻、中度高血压病人降压效应及左室肥厚和心功能影响。非洛地平片2．5～10mg／d治疗14周显示：平均收缩压下降幅度为2．8kPa，舒张压为2．3kPa。其中显效率80．0％（24／30），有效率16．6％（5／30），总有效率96．6％。8例病人平均24h动态血压谷峰值比率：收缩压69．7％，舒张压78．8％，左室肥厚及心功能均好转，对心率无影响，6例（20％）出现面红、头痛、头晕，未影响治疗。
The effects of felodipine sustained release tablets on the hypotensive effect and left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac function in 30 patients with mild and moderate hypertension were observed. Felodipine 2.5 ~ 10mg / d treatment for 14 weeks showed: the average systolic blood pressure decreased by 2.8kPa, diastolic blood pressure 2.3kPa. Among them, the effective rate was 80.0% (24/30), the effective rate was 16.6% (5/30), and the total effective rate was 96.6%. The mean peak-to-peak ratio of 24-h ambulatory blood pressure in 8 patients was 69.7% systolic pressure and 78.8% diastolic pressure.
