内爬塔式起重机,是高层建筑施工中垂直运输、吊装的机械、它比附着式塔机用钢量少,费用省。它安装在建筑物的电梯井或楼板的预留孔内,随施工楼层的升高而爬升。由于架设的位置不同,内爬式塔机与附着式塔机相比,还有下列优点:1.不占用建筑物以外的施工用地,对施工用地狭窄的现场更为适用;2.扫吊面积比同等级的附着式塔机要大得多,避免出现死角;3.吊装活动大都在内爬吊的小幅度距离内进行,使塔机的起重能力得以充分发挥。上海市建筑施工技术研究所与上海交通大学协作设计的QTP60型内爬式自升塔式起
Climbing tower cranes are vertical transport and hoisting machines in the construction of high-rise buildings. They use less steel than attached tower cranes and save costs. It is installed in the reserved hole of the elevator shaft or floor of the building and climbs as the construction floor rises. Because of the different installation positions, the internal climbing tower crane has the following advantages compared to the attached tower crane: 1. It does not occupy the construction land outside the building, and is more suitable for the narrow construction site; 2. Sweeping area The attachment tower crane is much larger than the same grade, avoiding dead angle; 3. Most of the lifting activities are carried out within a small distance from the crawler crane, so that the tower crane’s lifting capacity can be fully utilized.
