国家与市民社会关系的理论是黑格尔哲学体系的重要组成部分,它奠定了西方市民社会理论的基石,同时对马克思社会历史学说的创立有着重要的启发意义,黑格尔在对以前思想家市民社会概念批判和继承的基础之上,第一个在近现代意义上予以市民社会概念以丰富的内容,并且明确的区分了国家和市民社会,本文主要论述了黑格尔对市民社会的理解,以及黑格尔国家与市民社会关系的具体内容。
The theory of the relationship between state and civil society is an important part of Hegel’s philosophy system. It laid the cornerstone of the theory of civil society in the West and at the same time it has important enlightenment for the creation of Marx’s social and historical theory. Hegel, Based on the critique and inheritance of social concepts, the first one is to enrich the concept of civil society in the modern sense and clearly distinguish the state and civil society. This article mainly discusses Hegel’s understanding of civil society, As well as the specific contents of the relations between the Hegelian state and civil society.
