一、充分肯定煤炭工作 过去的一年,山西省晋中市煤炭行 业认真贯彻“控制总量、调整结构、优化 布局、提高效益”的指导方针,煤炭经济 运行质量和效益明显提高,在全市经济 增长中发挥了重要的拉动作用,我们采 取的措施也十分得力。 第一,大力实施关井压产,淘汰落后 的政策措施,实现了减矿增效的目标。同 时,全年全市煤矿共投入资金1.2亿元, 从采、掘、机、运、通五大系统进行技术改 造和环节配套,极大地改善了安全生产 条件。
First, fully affirmed the past year of coal work, the coal industry in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, conscientiously implement the guidelines of “controlling the total amount, adjusting the structure, optimizing the layout and improving the efficiency”. The quality and benefit of the coal economy have been obviously improved. The city’s economic growth has played an important role in stimulating the measures we have taken very well. First, we will vigorously implement the policy of shutting down and pressing down and eliminating outdated measures to achieve the goal of reducing mine and increasing efficiency. At the same time, the coal mines in the whole city invested a total of 120 million yuan for the whole year. From the five major systems of mining, digging, machine, transportation and communications, they carried out the technological transformation and the matching of links so as to greatly improve the conditions for safe production.
