本文报道了维生素A对烧伤大鼠腺上皮和免疫器官影响的实验病理观察。结果发现烧伤补给V_A可使已萎缩的小肠粘膜明显增厚、粘膜V_v增大、双核肝细胞明显增多、胸腺皮质明显增厚和脾脏生发中心核分裂相个数明显增多。统计结果表明,在烧伤状态下大鼠以每百克体重补给25μgV_A为最适宜剂量。
This article reported the experimental pathological observation of the effect of vitamin A on gland epithelium and immune organs in burned rats. The results showed that burned V_A supplemented the atrophic small intestine mucosa, increased mucosal V_v, marked increase of dinuclear hepatocytes, marked thickening of thymic cortex, and increased number of mitoses in spleen germinal centers. The statistical results showed that rats in the burn state supplemented with 25μgV_A per hectogram of body weight as the most appropriate dose.
