本文对灵云草进行避孕作用的筛选,其主要工作是灵云草的毒性测定及抗生育作用,抗着床作用,均具有明显活性。实验材料中药:灵云草,挑选水洗后,水提取制成1:5浸膏,加适量蒸馏水配制成不同浓度。动物:大白鼠未孕,雌性,体重200克以上者,豚鼠,雌性未孕,400克以上,小白鼠,雌性,体重18～23克及28～35克者。实验方法和结果一、灵云草急性毒性的测定按照Karber氏法进行测定,其结果大部分死亡动物,表现活动减少,而安静不动,转入昏迷和呼吸麻痹,其口服小白鼠的半数致死量为24.6克/公斤。二、灵云草的生物活性测定 (一)对大白鼠离体子宫的作用取未孕200克以上的大白鼠(动情间期)置于盛有改良Krobs液的浴管中,温度为30℃,通气,对
