消化口服安瓿剂系由消化合剂改良剂型而来,经临床1320例消化不良患者的验证,疗效满意。现介绍如下: 一、处方谷芽、麦芽、橙皮、茯苓、蔗糖等。二、制法1) 取谷芽、麦芽、茯苓洗净加沸水(80℃)适量浸渍1 h,再加纯水(全量的2/3)煎煮至微沸去水,在60℃±保温2 h (取液少量滴加N/10碘试液2～3滴测至不再受色为止),其液静置过滤备用。2)取橙皮用醉作溶媒(按渗滤法)浸渍24h后以3～5 ml/min的速度缓缓渗滤。渗滤液回收乙醇后备用。或取0.4cm±的橙皮放置密盖的容器内加沸纯水适量紧紧密盖屎温2h待冷却置室温再行过滤,滤液备用。其滤渣与上3味药二煎共煮令其小沸,过滤去渣备用。
