关于领导与管理的区别,已故的管理学大师彼得·德鲁克曾一言已蔽之:领导是指正确地做事,而管理是指做正确的事。我们所处的这个风云变幻的时代,不仅需要那些做正确事情的管理者,更渴望呼唤的是正确做事、勇于引航的领导者。这一切正与本刊培养卓越领导力的宗旨契合,为此我们专辟新栏,其意在于彰显领导魅力、砥砺领导实践。平台有界,智慧无涯,是为开栏语。
With regard to the difference between leadership and management, Peter Drucker, the late guru of management, once said: Leadership means doing things right, and management means doing the right thing. The changing times we live in need not only those managers who do the right thing, but also those who are eager to call leaders who are right and have the courage to lead. All this is in line with our aim of cultivating outstanding leadership. To this end, we have created a new column, which is intended to highlight the leadership of charm, tempering, leading practice.
