本文根据年产五万吨真空制盐钛制加热室的设计要求,又考虑钛及钛钢复合板的焊接特点,选译了比较合理的焊接接头型式、简易可行的焊接方法,并利用自制氩弧焊焊枪及保护罩,进行了钛钢复合板、钛管和钛钢复合板的焊接工艺试验,目前已用该工艺焊接了一台产品。该台钛制加热室运行一年多,证明焊接质量良好。此外,对该厂产品消除焊接应力热处理、焊接方法等提出了改进意见。
