在大型水电站弧形闸门支铰中,用酚醛树脂夹合胶木锥套代替铜套,可节约贵重有色金属,因而得到广泛应用。我厂加工的胶木套,形状如图1,其毛坯是上海胜利木材厂制的,长度尺寸分两段制成。但为了保证内外锥面同心及接缝一致,就必须将两段组合后进行整体加工。一般要用几道钢箍把胶木套箍起来再加工,以免车削端面和锥面时胶木套散开。我厂不采用上钢箍,而直接上车床加工,质量合格,效果满意。具体加工方法简介如下。
