国家环保局颁布的《环境监测分析方法》中,污水中微量氰化物的分析是用异烟酸—吡啶啉酮比色法及吡啶—巴比妥酸比色法,但比色法操作手续较麻烦,吡啶具有恶臭,二甲基酰胺具有毒性,如果被测溶液中存在干扰离子时必需用蒸馏法分离。作者根据前人工作的经验提出用银离子选择电极直接电位法测定污水中微量或痕量的氰化物,以Ag(CN)_2~-作指示剂,用多次标准加入法和格氏作图法求出溶液中CN~-的含量。
