2-异丙基-4-甲基-6-羟基嘧啶(以下简称羟基嘧啶),系有机磷杀虫剂地亚农的主要中间体。该化合物的常规化学分析方法,未见报导。作者经实验证明,该化合物中嘧啶环上的氢在给定的条件下,可被溴定量取代,以此可推算其羟基嘧啶的含量。实践证明,方法具有操作简便、快速、准确等优点,适用于工业生产常规分析。本方法曾用紫外分光光度法作了验证测试,得到了平行的结果。 2-异丙基-4-甲基-6-羟基嘧啶的结构式:
2-isopropyl-4-methyl-6-hydroxypyrimidine (hereinafter referred to as hydroxypyrimidine), is the main intermediate of organophosphorus pesticide to agriculture. Conventional chemical analysis of this compound has not been reported. The experimental results show that the hydrogen of the pyrimidine ring in the compound can be substituted by bromine quantitatively under the given conditions, so as to calculate the content of hydroxypyrimidine. Practice has proved that the method has the advantages of easy operation, fast, accurate, suitable for routine analysis of industrial production.
