上海龙门宾馆、铁路大厦是上海铁路新客站配套工程。由二幢25层塔楼和夹于其间的4层裙房联成,基础采用箱型基础加摩擦群桩。在该工程基础设计与施工过程中,作者进行了历时五年的现场跟踪检测与试验研究,及时分析工程检测数据,并采取综合措施,严格控制塔楼的沉降和整体倾斜。本文介绍该工程概况、箱桩基础设计、基础现场检测及试验结果的研究分析,可作为软土地区高层建筑设计与施工的参考。
Shanghai Longmen Hotel and Railway Mansion is the supporting project for Shanghai Railway New Passenger Station. It consists of two 25-story towers and four-storey podiums sandwiched between them. The foundation is box-type foundation plus friction piles. During the project’s basic design and construction process, the author carried out on-site tracking inspections and experimental studies for five years, analyzed engineering inspection data in a timely manner, and adopted comprehensive measures to strictly control the settlement and overall tilt of the tower. This article describes the general situation of the project, box pile foundation design, basic site inspection and analysis of test results, and can be used as a reference for the design and construction of high-rise buildings in soft soil areas.
