α-烯烃和不饱和羧酸单体采用游离基共聚的方法制得一种反应性高分子混凝土减水剂,与普通减水剂配合使用,1h后的坍落度损失小于10%。研究了影响共聚物组成,释放速度的因素,包括单体的摩尔比、聚合温度、介质、引发剂用量、单体浓度等。研究发现共聚物的组成对控制坍落度损失起着主要作用,释放速度应与水泥水化速度相适应。提出了解释控制坍落度损失的机理。
A reactive polymer concrete water-reducing agent is prepared by free radical copolymerization of α-olefin and unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, and is used together with an ordinary water reducing agent, and the slump loss after 1 hour is less than 10%. The factors affecting the composition and release rate of the copolymers were studied, including the molar ratio of the monomers, the polymerization temperature, the medium, the amount of the initiator, and the monomer concentration. It was found that the composition of the copolymer plays a major role in controlling the slump loss, and the release rate should be adapted to the cement hydration rate. A mechanism for explaining the control of slump loss was proposed.
