National Bar Association Civil Professional Committee was established in 1988, is the earliest established professional committee, gathered a group of lawyers committed to the field of civil and commercial law research and practice. For nearly 30 years of development, the Civil Professional Committee has formed a mature workflow of academic seminars, business exchanges and sharing of achievements. Its earnest, dedicated and pragmatic culture has been widely recognized by members and within the industry. In order to enhance the legal capacity of lawyers in the civil and commercial litigation and contract law fields, the National Bar Association's Civil Professional Committee conducted a review on July 3 to July 5, 2015
