班主任工作不是传统意义上的对学生的强压和管教,它是一门深奥的学问,也是一门艺术,是师生间心灵的和谐对话,是润物细无声的情感交流。把握工作的艺术,有助于我们有序、高效地做好班主任工作。下面我简要谈谈自己的一些感悟和体会。
It is an esoteric knowledge and art as well as a harmonious dialogue between teachers and students and a silent exchange of affection for morals. Grasping the art of work will help us to do the work of teacher in an orderly and efficient manner. Here I briefly talk about some of their insights and experience.
