我自进入教育行业,经历三十多年的教育教学工作,从没有脱离过班主任工作。我深知这是一个复杂而繁琐的工作,既要有耐心,还要细心;既要懂得教育学生,又要懂得关爱学生,尊重学生人格。现就自己经历过的班主任工作从以下几个方面作以浅谈。
Since I entered the education industry, I have experienced more than thirty years of education and teaching and have never separated from the class teacher’s job. I know that this is a complicated and tedious task. It requires patience and carefulness. It is necessary to know how to educate students and how to care for students and respect student personality.
