本文从保证飞剪飞锯切长误差的角度出发,研究了我国尚处在研制阶段的起停式飞剪飞锯电气控制系统的结构组成。重点拟定和分析了切头和定尺剪切的长度给定环节、速度给定环节、位置控制和切换环节。并对只有飞锯才需要的同步锯切环节做了分析,其中的速度给定环节,满足飞剪飞锯起动行程的特殊要求,对于长度和位置给定环节,提出采用数字装置,虽然国内运行的飞剪飞锯尚无采用,但经过模拟试验,证明上列诸环节组成系统可用于生产实践。
