1988年1月28日在天津水泥工业州没计研究院召开了《水泥技术》编委会第四次会议。会议由《水泥技术》主编朱祖培总工程师主持,我国水泥界著名专家刘公诚、胡宏泰、高士雄、局信息司陈小雄处长和特邀编委胡道和、童大懋、袁裕庆、李侨荪及其它委员共26人出席了会议编委会主任委员侯宝荣院长致开幕词,对参加会议的院外编委表示热烈欢迎。会上,付主编、情报室主任祁兴久传达了建材期刊工作会议精神,并提出了1988年《水泥技术》作为中央级技术刊物和建材技术系列期刊后的编辑工作要点。付主编、编辑部负责人邢延春汇报了1987年《水泥技术》的编辑工作。会议对《水泥技术》1987年批准公开发行,
On January 28, 1988, the fourth meeting of the editorial committee of “Cement Technology” was held at the Tianjin Institute of Cement Industry Countdown. The meeting was chaired by Chief Engineer Zhu Zupei, chief editor of “Cement Technology”. Famous experts in the cement industry in China were Liu Gongcheng, Hu Hongtai, Gao Shixiong, Director of Bureau of Information Chen Xiaoxiong, and specially invited editors Hu Daohe, Tong Dazhao, Yuan Yuqing, Li Qiaojuan and other committee members. A total of 26 people attended the opening speech of Director Hou Baorong, chairman of the editorial board of the meeting, and extended a warm welcome to the outside editors of the conference. At the meeting, pay editor-in-chief and director of the intelligence department Yan Xingjiu conveyed the spirit of the construction materials journal work conference and proposed the 1988 “Cement Technology” as the editorial work point for the central-level technical journals and building materials technology periodicals. Xing Yanchun, editor-in-chief and head of the editorial department, reported on the editorial work of “Cement Technology” in 1987. The meeting approved the public release of Cement Technology in 1987.
