镜泊湖发电厂始建于1939年,是黑龙江省东部电网的主要调峰电厂。解放后,国家除对镜泊湖电厂老设备进行更新改造外,1968年又投资兴建镜泊湖第二发电厂,新厂投产后全厂装机容量达到9.6万千瓦。三中全会以后,该厂经济效益逐年提高,1986年创产值2922万元,上缴利润居黑龙江省同行业之首。该厂还积极发挥技术优势,支援地方小水电建设,为地方培训技术骨干,1987年又派出工程技术人员到国外承包检修工程。近年来,镜泊湖电厂的生产、生活、厂容等都发生了新的变化。
Jingpohu Power Plant was founded in 1939 and is the main peaking power plant of the eastern grid in Heilongjiang Province. After the liberation, apart from renovating the old equipment of the Jingbohu Power Plant, the State invested in the construction of Jingpohu Second Power Plant in 1968. After the new plant was put into operation, the installed capacity of the entire plant reached 96,000 kW. After the Third Plenary Session, the economic benefits of the plant increased year by year. In 1986, the output value reached 29.22 million yuan, and the profit turned in ranked first in the same industry in Heilongjiang Province. The factory also actively used its technical advantages to support local SHP construction and trained local technicians. In 1987, it dispatched engineers and technicians to contract repair projects abroad. In recent years, new changes have taken place in the production, living and factory capacity of Jingbohu Power Plant.
