1.记得二十多年前刚到报社工作时,采编合一的记者主要是抓一些重点稿,见报稿多半是通讯员写的。这与当时的交通、通讯条件有关:到离省城远一些的市县,往往要坐一天的车;别说发电子邮件,没有传真,连长途电话打起来也既贵又不方便。所以,通讯员成为办报主力军可以说是别无选择。因为要依靠通讯员办报,编辑记者处理通讯
