以乙烯基酯树脂-甲基丙烯酸甲酯为二元单体,通过活性可控自由基聚合方式(原子转移自由基聚合,ATRP)制备了聚(乙烯基酯树脂-甲基丙烯酸甲酯)整体柱.红外光谱测得聚合物表面功能基团,扫描电子显微镜观察了聚合物的内部形态,压汞法考察了聚合物的孔径分布等参数.将该整体柱用作高效液相色谱的固定相,不仅对人血浆中的免疫球蛋白进行了成功分离,并对α-淀粉酶、溶菌酶、蜗牛酶和木瓜酶的混合物进行了成功分离.结果表明,通过活性可控自由基聚合制备得到的整体柱具有结构均匀、通透性好、易于实现聚合物功能化等优点,是一种简单、方便、高效、廉价的聚合物整体柱的制备方法.
