建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法测定复合食品包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯的方法.样品中2,4-二氨基甲苯经沸水提取后,加入氯化钠并用二氯甲烷进行液-液萃取,再经三氟乙酸酐衍生化并通过氮吹去除多余三氟乙酸酐,最后将衍生物进行GC-MS/MS定性定量分析.结果表明,仪器在0.0040—1.0 mg.L-1线性范围内,其线性方程为y=256128.7879x+147.5758,相关系数为0.9997;方法检出限为0.08μg.L-1;平均回收率为81.7%—97.2%;相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.5%—4.6%.该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于复合食品包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯的分析.
A method for the determination of 2,4-diaminotoluene in the compound food packaging bag by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established.The 2,4-diaminotoluene in the sample was extracted by boiling water, then sodium chloride was added and liquid-liquid And then derivatized with trifluoroacetic anhydride and the excess trifluoroacetic anhydride was removed by nitrogen blow.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the derivatives was carried out by GC-MS / MS.The results showed that when the instrument was in the linear range of 0.0040-1.0 mg.L-1 The linear equation was y = 256128.7879x + 147.5758, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997; the detection limit was 0.08μg.L-1; the average recovery was 81.7% -97.2%; the relative standard deviation (n = 6) was 3.5 % -4.6% .The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used for the analysis of 2,4-diaminotoluene in compound food packaging bags.
