通讯员刘锡炳报道2012年12月3日,由水利部长江流域水资源保护局副局长王方清任组长,由长江水利委员会水政安监局、武汉大学、长江水资源保护科学研究所、长江流域水环境监测中心、贵州省水利厅、贵州省遵义市水利局、赤水市水利局等单位15位专家组成的赤天化纸业公司排污口设置验收组到赤天化纸业,对赤天化纸业“黔北20万t竹浆林纸一体化工程”排污口设置和设施进行验收。这是长江水利委员会对长江流域上的污水处理排放口设置的第一次验收,因此验收组汇聚各专业的专家、学者,对此次验收工作给予了高度的重视。

This is the first time the Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission on the Yangtze River Basin sewage discharge outlet set, so the inspection team brings together experts and scholars, the acceptance of this work has given great importance.
