作为一所高职高专师范类院校,福建儿童发展职业学院承担着向社会输送小学、幼儿园教师的重要任务。如何培养一名合格、优秀的人民教师,为海西教育事业添砖加瓦一直是我院思考、努力的方向。本文以我院人文科学系为例,探索如何将师德培养建设融入日常的教育教学工作中,营造浓厚的师范性校园文化,实现高职师范生教师职业道德和教师职业技能有机结合,从而提高高职师范院校的文化软实力。
As a vocational college, Fujian Vocational College for Child Development undertakes the important task of delivering primary school and kindergarten teachers to the society. How to cultivate a qualified and outstanding teacher of the people and to add value to Hercynian education have always been the direction of our hospital’s thinking and efforts. Taking the humanities department of our college as an example, this article explores how to integrate the cultivation of teachers ’morality into daily education and teaching work, to create a strong normal campus culture, and to realize the organic combination of professional ethics and teachers’ vocational skills of teachers in higher vocational colleges, The Cultural Soft Power of Higher Vocational Teachers Colleges and Universities.
