【目的】鉴定和筛选适合闽东地区种植的甘薯新品种。【方法】2010年在福建省宁德点进行甘薯新品种区域试验,对参试11个甘薯新品种及对照品种金山57的鲜薯、薯干和淀粉产量及干物率、出粉率、食味品质、外观品质和抗病性等进行对比分析。【结果】11个参试品种中,莆薯20鲜薯产量最高,达33760.50kg/ha,比对照金山57增产6.30%;金薯3号淀粉产量最高,达5465.70kg/ha,比对照增产6.07%;金薯2号和龙薯25号的食味品质最佳,为83分,比对照高3分。【结论】莆薯20、金薯3号和金薯2号适合在闽东地区及生态类似地区种植。
【Objective】 Identification and screening of new sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in eastern Fujian. 【Method】 The regional trials of new sweet potato varieties were carried out in Ningde, Fujian Province in 2010. The yield and dry matter yield, dry matter yield, grain yield, taste and quality of 11 new sweet potato varieties and the control variety Jinshan 57, Appearance quality and disease resistance and other comparative analysis. 【Result】 Among the 11 tested varieties, the yield of sweet potatoes in PuZhu 20 was the highest, reaching 33760.50kg / ha, which was 6.30% higher than that of Jinshan 57. The highest starch yield of JinSuo No.3 was 5465.70kg / ha, which was 6.07 times higher than the control %; Golden Delicious 2 and Longshu 25 best eating quality, 83 points, 3 points higher than the control. 【Conclusion】 Pu-20, Jin-shu-3 and Jin-shu-2 are suitable for planting in the east Fujian and its ecological similar areas.
