以Ti粉和冶金碳黑为原料,C/Ti(原子比)=0.42~0.50,经燃烧合成致密化制备了非化学计量碳化钛基金属陶瓷。物相分析与组织观察表明,金周陶瓷由非化学计量碳化钛和a—Ti相组成。C/Ti增大,金属陶瓷中a-Ti相减少,碳化物晶粒尺寸增大。金属陶瓷的抗弯强度随C/Ti增大而降低,硬度则略有增加。
Using Ti powder and metallurgical carbon black as raw materials, C / Ti (atomic ratio) = 0.42 ~ 0.50, the non-stoichiometric titanium carbide-based cermets were prepared by combustion synthesis and densification. Phase analysis and microstructure observations show that the ceramic is composed of non-stoichiometric titanium carbide and a-Ti phase. C / Ti increases, the a-Ti phase in cermet decreases and the carbide grain size increases. The flexural strength of cermets decreases with the increase of C / Ti, while the hardness increases slightly.
