玉林素以产大蒜闻名,如能利用本地资源,发展两广人喜吃的腌酸制品,那是很有前途的。 仁厚乡农民陈林,1979年来到仁东酱料厂,任务是推销酸品,三年时间内转辗了大半个中国,体会到腌酸制品在我国民间有根深蒂固的基础。随着餐馆业的兴起,酸品作为餐前小吃,近年已登上了现代餐厅的大雅之堂。现在的问题是如何探索出一条适应市场和占据市场的发展道路,谁把这个问题解决好了,谁就可以成为全国首屈一指的“酸品大王”。
