首先,我代表中国统配煤矿总公司向参加会议的国家计委、国家科委、能源部、物资部、化工部、冶金部、铁道部、机电部、国家环保局、国家建材总局等部门领导同志和与会的代表,表示热烈的欢迎。煤炭是我国经济建设的重要物质基础。我国的主要能源是煤炭。在全国能源总消耗量中煤炭一直占75％左右。
