赣抚平原灌区自1984年全面贯彻水利改革方针以来,在上级的正确领导下,灌区管理部门树立以改革统揽全局的观念,积极探索适应灌区工作特点的改革模式,建立了良好的运行机制,在开拓中前进,在改革中发展。经过几年实践,灌区的形势发生了显著变化,管理工作进一步加强,工程建设成效显著,实现了灌溉效益、经济收入、职工福利待遇的同步增长,取得了两个文明建设的双丰收,先后荣获全国先进灌区、部一级先进管理单位及全省支农先进单位等荣誉称号21项。总结多年工作,着重抓了以下几项工作:
