目的 :探讨BEAM、EEG、CT诊断小儿病毒性脑炎的临床意义 ,应用BEAM、EEG、CT诊断小儿病毒性脑炎的临床价值。方法 :应用康泰电子公司BEAM仪对 2 0 6例临床诊断为病毒性脑炎的患儿于住院 2 4h内做BEAM和EEG检查 ,并进行CT检查 192例、脑脊液检查 171例 ,对检查结果进行综合分析。结果 :BEAM异常率 93.6% ,EEG异常率 72 % ,脑CT异常率 5 4% ,脑脊液异常率 83%。结论 :BEAM诊断小儿病毒性脑炎异常率高、敏感性好 ,优于脑CT和EEG ,具有重要的临床价值
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of BEAM, EEG and CT in the diagnosis of pediatric viral encephalitis and to evaluate the clinical value of BEAM, EEG and CT in the diagnosis of pediatric viral encephalitis. Methods: BEAM and EEG were performed in 260 children with viral encephalitis within 20 days of hospitalization by BEAM instrument of Kangtai Electronics Company, 192 cases of CT examination and 171 cases of cerebrospinal fluid examination. The results of the examination were performed Comprehensive analysis. Results: The abnormal rate of BEAM was 93.6%, the abnormal rate of EEG was 72%, the abnormal rate of brain CT was 54% and the abnormal rate of cerebrospinal fluid was 83%. Conclusion: BEAM diagnosis of children with viral encephalitis high rate of abnormalities, good sensitivity, better than the brain CT and EEG, has important clinical value
