4月6日,河南省在郑州召开了全省基层政权建设经验交流暨先进单位、先进个人表彰大会。民政部基层政权建设司李学举司长代表民政部向大会宣读了贺信。省委常委、副省长胡悌云到会祝贺并讲话,省人大副主任胡廷积、省政协副主席刘玉洁以及组织部、人事厅的负责同志参加了会议。民政厅厅长杨德恭同志对全省几年来基层政权建设工作作了回顾和总结。会上有87个乡镇、30个街道办事处、289个村民委员会、50个居民委员会分别被授予“河南乡镇之星”、“河南街道之星”、“先进村民委员会”、“先进居民委员
On April 6, Henan Province held a forum for the exchange of experiences and advanced units in the construction of grass-roots political power in the province and an advanced individual in Zhengzhou. Ministry of Civil Affairs Department of grassroots power construction Secretary Li Xueju on behalf of the Ministry of Civil Affairs read the congratulatory message. Hu Yunyun, member of the Provincial Party Committee and vice governor, congratulated and delivered a speech. Hu Tingji, deputy director of the Provincial People’s Congress, Liu Yujie, vice chairman of the provincial CPPCC, and responsible comrades from the Ministry of Organization and Personnel attended the meeting.
