本文针对当前体育教学存在的自主空间以及体育教学相对枯燥的现状入手,提出在体育教学中引入体育游戏的观点,为中学体育教学改革作了一点有益的探索。文章着重分析了体育游戏的特点、效益以及应用时的一些注意事项等等,阐述了体育游戏不仅使体育教学的内容更生动活泼,让学生对体育产生浓厚的兴趣,容易接受教学内容从而爱上体育;还可以使学生身体得到锻炼,可对其智力有一定开发作用,可调节学生的心理,使其获得精神上的愉悦与满足,更重要的是,它可以提高学生对未来社会的适应能力。体育教学中引入体育游戏,会促进学生全面和谐发展。
In view of the existing autonomy space of PE teaching and the relatively dull current situation of PE teaching, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of introducing sports games in PE teaching, which makes some beneficial exploration for PE teaching reform in middle school. The article focuses on analyzing the characteristics, benefits and some precautions when applying sports games. It elaborates that sports games not only make the content of sports teaching more vivid and lively, but also give students a strong interest in sports. Sports; but also can make the student body get exercise, can have certain developmental function to its intelligence, can regulate the psychology of the student, make it get the spirit of pleasure and satisfaction, more importantly, it can improve students’ adaptability to the future society . The introduction of sports games in PE teaching will promote the students’ all-round and harmonious development.
