胃、空肠和结肠等器官均可以用于食管切除术后患者的食管重建。在不能用胃替代食管的情况下,结肠代食管是一种较为理想的食管重建术。近年来,我们对既往接受过胃部分切除术现在发生食管癌需要进行食管部分切除术和食管癌/贲门癌术后复发需要二次手术的患者,施行两切口食管癌切除结肠代食管胸内吻合术,现报告如下。
