大直径钻孔灌注桩由于受力准确,可减少基桩的水下工程量,与小直径群桩比较,在技术和经济指标上均有明显的优势,所以得到广泛的应用。但由于受地质、水文及施工技术的影响,施工中讲常发生垮孔和断桩事故。文章分析了事故的原因,提出了处理方法:(a)空心桩处理断桩;(b)桩外压浆处仪断桩;(c)桩内钻孔压浆处理断桩。
Due to the accurate bearing force, the large diameter bored pile can reduce the underwater engineering quantity of the pile. Compared with the small diameter group pile, it has obvious advantages in technical and economic indexes, so it has been widely used. However, due to the influence of geology, hydrology and construction technology, accidents of breaking holes and broken stakes often occur during construction. The paper analyzes the causes of the accident and proposes the following treatment methods: (a) Hollow piles deal with broken piles; (b) Pile breakage at pile grouting; (c) Drilled pile grouting to deal with broken piles.
