结核病是结核杆菌引起的一种常见传染病。人群普遍易感,一年四季均可发生。传播途径主要经呼吸道飞沫或灰尘而感染,也可通过消化系统侵入。为搞好我区结核病的防治工作,1978年九月至十月在许昌市和长葛、临颍、舞阳、鄢陵等县普遍对0—12岁的儿童接种了卡介苗。我们首先在临颍县城及杜曲公社的东街、杜街、西街、郝路口四个大队进行了试点观察,现将结核菌素(以下简称结素)试验结果报告如下。
Tuberculosis is a common infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. People are generally susceptible, can occur throughout the year. In order to improve the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in our district, BCG was given to children 0-12 years old in Xuchang and Changge, Linying, Wuyang and Yanling from September to October 1978. We first conducted a pilot study in four battalions of Linyi County and Du Qu commune in East Street, Du Street, West Street, and Hao Road junction. The results of tuberculin (hereinafter referred to as “tuberculin”) test are reported below.
