为了评价三维体元(Voxel)模型超声重建法定量房间隔缺损的准确性,我们对14个房间隔缺损的模型进行三维重建。结果显示:三维重建法可明确显示缺损的形态、部位和邻近上腔静脉和下腔静脉间的关系,并与实际观察到的情况相一致。三维法测得房间隔缺损的最大径与最小径与实测值差别无显著意义(P>0.05)。三维测得的房间隔缺损大小与实侧值高度相关(最大径:r=0.97,SEE=0.09,P<0.0001;最小径:r=0.95.SEE=0.13,P<0.0001)。
To evaluate the accuracy of three-dimensional Voxel modeling of ultrasound in the reconstruction of atrial septal defects, we performed a three-dimensional reconstruction of 14 atrial septal defects. The results showed that the three-dimensional reconstruction method can clearly show the shape and location of the defect and the relationship between the superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava, and is consistent with the actual observation. There was no significant difference between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter of atrial septal defect detected by three-dimensional method and the measured value (P> 0.05). The three-dimensional measured atrial septal defect size was highly correlated with real lateral radii (maximum diameter: r = 0.97, SEE = 0.09, P <0.0001; minimum diameter: r = 0.95.SEE = 0.13 , P <0.0001).
