为了解现阶段企业职业卫生技术服务需求情况,调查340家企业发现,国有、外(合)资、私营、乡镇企业在法律宣传、贯彻及国际商贸知识的知晓上存在差异。在法律知识知晓上,国有、外资、合资企业及私营、乡镇企业分别为83.3%、40.6%、35.3%及27.6%;在国际商贸知识知晓上,国有、外资、合资企业及私营、乡镇企业分别为40.0%、92.7%、84.3%及78.1%。职业卫生技术服务需求体现在卫生监督,企业内部管理,维持良好劳动关系,满足“劳工标准”4个方面。卫生监督产生的需求是各经济形式企业开展职业卫生服务的最大需求,“劳工标准”壁垒产生的需求以外(合)资、私营、乡镇企业居多。提示,加强依法管理和企业认真贯彻法律、法规是现阶段提高职业病防治水平和突破“劳工标准”壁垒的关键环节。
In order to find out the demand for technical services for occupational health in the current stage, 340 enterprises were investigated and found out that there are differences in the awareness of state-owned, foreign (co-) capital, private-owned and township and village enterprises about legal publicity and implementation and international business and trade knowledge. As regards legal knowledge, the state-owned, foreign-funded, joint ventures and private-owned and township enterprises are respectively 83.3%, 40.6%, 35.3% and 27.6%. Regarding knowledge of international business and trade, state-owned and foreign-funded enterprises, joint ventures and private- 40.0%, 92.7%, 84.3% and 78.1%. The demand for technical services for occupational health is reflected in the four aspects of health supervision, internal management of the enterprise, maintaining good labor relations and meeting “Labor Standards ”. The demand generated by health supervision is the greatest demand for the development of occupational health services by all economic forms of enterprises, with the exception of (combined) capital, private-owned and township-level enterprises resulting from the “labor standards” barrier. Prompted to strengthen the management according to law and enterprises conscientiously implement the laws and regulations is the key step to improve the level of occupational disease prevention and control and “labor standards ” barriers at this stage.
