G蛋白耦联雌激素受体(GPER)与G蛋白耦联。能与雌激素结合后通过调节激酶活性、产生第二信使、调节基因表达,从而介导雌激素对靶细胞的快速效应。目前多是研究GPER和癌细胞的关系,而对其与非癌细胞的研究较少。雌激素表达量过多或者过少都会引起一些疾病产生,所以研究GPER在细胞中的作用是一个热点,本文就GPER在非癌细胞中的研究作以综述。
The G protein-coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) is coupled to the G protein. After the combination with estrogen can regulate the kinase activity, to produce a second messenger, regulate gene expression, thereby mediating the estrogen’s rapid effect on target cells. The current study is more about the relationship between GPER and cancer cells, but less on non-cancer cells. It is a hot topic to study the role of GPER in the cell. To summarize the research on GPER in non-cancer cells.
