在工业生产中,采用电子计算机控制生产过程,能使生产设备有效地发挥作用;工艺参数达到人们予期的效果。1980年在凤凰山铜矿安装了两级计算机控制系统。该系统具有微型机DDC分散控制,小型机集中管理,以及CRT显示站监视生产的特点。用于选矿过程自动控制,属于PROSCON20/200计算机系统中的一种新结构。本文重点叙述系统的功能和控制原理,包括最佳化控制原理及模型等。最后介绍应用情况及效果。
In industrial production, the use of electronic computers to control the production process can make the production equipment effectively play a role; process parameters to achieve the desired effect. In 1980, two level computer control systems were installed at Fenghuangshan Copper Mine. The system has a microcomputer DDC decentralized control, centralized management of minicomputers, and CRT display station monitoring production characteristics. Used for the automatic control of the beneficiation process and belongs to a new structure in the PROSCON 20/200 computer system. This article focuses on the system’s functions and control principles, including the best control principles and models. Finally introduce the application and effect.
