目的:建立用高效液相色谱法检测水源水中两种微囊藻毒素(MC-LR和MC-RR)的方法。方法:水源水经过HLB固相萃取柱(SPE)净化,富集,以甲醇-25 mM磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=3)(55+45)为流动相,经过C18柱分离,紫外238 nm检测。结果:各组分在0.1~1.5μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,0.5、1.0和2.0μg三个水平添加量平均回收率77.8%~89.4%,精密度RSD<5%。结论:方法灵敏度高,准确度好,实用性强,可用于水源水中两种微囊藻毒素的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of two microcystins (MC-LR and MC-RR) in drinking water by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The water was purified by HLB solid phase extraction (SPE) column and enriched. The mobile phase was eluted with methanol-25 mM phosphate buffer (pH = 3) (55 + 45) . Results: The linearity of each component ranged from 0.1μg / ml to 1.5μg / ml. The average recoveries were 77.8% ~ 89.4% with RSDs of 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0μg. The RSD of precision was less than 5%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and practical. It can be used for the detection of two microcystins in source water.
