实验用大白鼠72只,以0.1ml/kg体重油酸静脉注入形成大鼠急性肺损伤。注油酸后动物表现呼吸困难,并逐渐加重。尸检可见一天内肺大片出血,BALF呈血性;
Experimental rats with 72 rats, 0.1ml / kg body weight oleic acid into the formation of acute lung injury in rats. After oleic acid injection, the animal showed difficulty in breathing and gradually increased. An autopsy showed massive pulmonary hemorrhage within a day, BALF was bloody;
