用多功能电子能谱仪以及扫描电镜初步研究了锡青铜盘上MoS_2擦涂膜和钢栓的磨损轨迹,揭示出有利于MoS_2对金属的粘附和润滑的化学效应,得到了表面形貌、表面组成、元素价态及其深度分布等多种资料供综合分析。
The wear trajectory of MoS_2 coating film and steel bolt on tin bronze plate was studied by multi-functional electron spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. The chemical effect of MoS_2 on the adhesion and lubrication of metal was revealed. The surface morphology, Surface composition, elemental valence and its depth distribution and other information for comprehensive analysis.
