热流测头的系数由于制作工艺和使用材料的差异而不一致,并且随温度而变化。本文分析和讨论了利用热敏电阻-电阻网络调整热流测头的输出电势的方法来使其系数一致化并加以温度补偿。对这些网络在理论上进行了分析,作出了两种解法。两种方法的分析误差分别是:在-10℃到50℃温度范围内-0.5%到+2%;在0℃到60℃温度范围内在±0.3%之内。这个误差与实验的结果是相吻合的。
The coefficient of the heat flow probe is inconsistent with the difference between the manufacturing process and the used material, and varies with the temperature. This paper analyzes and discusses the use of thermistor - resistor network to adjust the output voltage of the heat flow probe method to make its coefficients consistent and temperature compensation. These networks are theoretically analyzed and two solutions are made. Analytical errors for the two methods were -0.5% to + 2% over the temperature range of -10 ° C to 50 ° C and within ± 0.3% over the temperature range of 0 ° C to 60 ° C, respectively. This error is consistent with the experimental results.
