我科1996年10月～2000年10月应用中西医结合治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎42例,临床疗效满意。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 全部病例均为住院患儿,随机分为两组,治疗组42例,男22例,女20例;年龄2个月～2岁,平均1.2岁,病程1～3d,平均(2.1±0.4)d。对照组40例,男21例,女19例;年龄2个月～2岁,平均(1.1±0.2)岁;病程1.5～3d,平均(2.0±0.4)d。两组年龄、性别、病程等经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05)。1.2 临床表现 全部病例均有以下特点:发热、咳嗽、发作性喘憋、呼吸困难、重者鼻扇、口周发绀、烦躁、尿
