目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌在新生儿黄疸治疗中的作用。方法:将158例新生儿黄疸病例按随机分为对照组(实施常规治疗)与观察组(常规治疗+布拉氏酵母菌散剂),对比观察两组病例血清胆红素浓度变化情况,分析布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。结果:治疗前,对照组血清胆红素水平为(234.35±40.6)umol/L,观察组为(254.26±48.5)umol/L,数据差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组血清胆红素水平为(96.1±8.5)umol/L,观察组为(84.7±8.6)umol/L,差异显著(P<0.01)。对照组黄疸消退时间平均(5.8±1.4)d,观察组黄疸消退时间平均(4.4±1.3)d,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿黄疸的效果理想,可在临床上推广。
Objective: To investigate the role of Saccharomyces boulardii in neonatal jaundice. Methods: A total of 158 neonatal jaundice cases were randomly divided into control group (conventional treatment) and observation group (conventional treatment + B. Cerevisiae powder). The changes of serum bilirubin concentration in two groups were compared. Clinical Effect of Lactobacillus on Neonatal Jaundice. Results: Before treatment, serum bilirubin level in the control group was (234.35 ± 40.6) umol / L and in the observation group was (254.26 ± 48.5) umol / L, the difference was significant (P <0.05) The level of Hb was (96.1 ± 8.5) umol / L in the observation group and (84.7 ± 8.6) umol / L in the observation group, with significant difference (P <0.01). The control group jaundice dissipated the average time (5.8 ± 1.4) d, the observation group jaundice subsided time average (4.4 ± 1.3) d, the data were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Brachyspira is effective in treating neonatal jaundice and can be popularized clinically.
